Chloe Barbu is a senior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill studying Business Administration with a minor in Entrepreneurship. The daughter of two immigrants, Chloe is inspired by a daily example of hard work and grit. A natural leader, Chloe has been paving her own path beginning with her first love, volleyball. In addition to volleyball, her boldness and appreciation for design have developed into her confidence to enter the world of construction. It was this same boldness that led her into starting a YouTube channel and keeps her sharing her life on the internet today. Chloe's desire to lead, create and bring ideas to fruition has, and will continue to drive her in her future endeavors.

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER | STYLECRAFT HOMES
I facilitated the transition of construction project planning, estimating, customer management, and subcontractor scheduling onto Buildertrend to organize processes, improve efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction. Striving to conceptualize the needs of clients and refine project plans ranging from $450K to $7M, I source suppliers within allotted budgets during each stage of construction to provide customers with a more personalized experience and product. Additionally, I spearheaded a social media rebrand by managing the company Instagram page, realizing 129% increase in traffic over one month.
CONTENT CREATOR | YOUTUBE
As a curator of a YouTube channel that reaches 17K+ subscribers and has received 1.2M+ views by maintaining a monthly upload schedule, I generate videos utilizing Final Cut Pro X and iMovie. I have had the pleasure of partnering with established companies in order to promote the company in an organic and creative manner through sponsored content. Using data analytics, I develop strategies to reach my target audience to gain new viewers. Striving to better connect with my following, I cross-promote my channel through the use of social media and engage with my audience on various platforms.

As a co-founder and co-owner of an online women's clothing store, I selected product items to be carried online and establish prices of clothing goods, as well as maintained the website design, product photos, and email campaigns. This included managing the Shop Barbu social media pages with 2000+ followers by daily uploading, posting on Instagram and Facebook, and engaging with the customers through the use of social media while developing and testing marketing strategies weekly to drive sales and increase conversions.
